Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and K-ARI LLC ("K-ARI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Utah limited liability company with its principal place of business at 632 N 2000 W, Lindon, UT 84042. By booking an appointment, making a purchase, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Appointment Bookings

When you complete a booking through our website, you are requesting an appointment at the selected K-ARI location. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will contact you promptly.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid affecting other clients.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to other clients.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total scheduled service price.
• No-shows (failing to arrive without any notice) are subject to the same 50% charge.

This fee is charged immediately to the card on file or the card used at the time of booking. By completing a booking, you authorize K-ARI to charge this fee to your card if applicable.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us at team@k-ari.com or call (385) 338-3123 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of booking or at your appointment, depending on the option you select during checkout:

• Pay in Advance: Your card is charged in full at the time of booking.
• Save Card on File: Your card details are securely saved with our payment processor (Square, Inc.) and charged at or after your appointment.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Square. Card data is handled exclusively by Square and is never stored on K-ARI's servers.

5. Refunds

If K-ARI cancels or reschedules your appointment, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount charged. In all other cases, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at team@k-ari.com within 7 days of your appointment.

6. Gift Cards

K-ARI gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward any service or product offered at our locations. Gift cards are refundable — if you would like a refund on an unused or partially used gift card, please contact us at team@k-ari.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Gift cards have no expiration date and no fees.

7. Services

Our estheticians reserve the right to decline, modify, or stop a service at any time if they determine it is not appropriate for your skin condition, or if a client is disrespectful or non-cooperative. In such cases, a partial charge may apply for services already rendered.

Results from skincare services vary by individual. K-ARI makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.

8. Health & Safety

Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities at the time of booking or to your esthetician before your service begins. K-ARI is not liable for reactions or complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to K-ARI LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K-ARI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to K-ARI in the 30 days preceding the claim. K-ARI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
